It Took Me 38 Minutes

As I mentioned at the start of this letter, last week I made R16 065 in cash, and I did it in my spare time… but, to be totally transparent, it took me about 38 minutes on each of the small projects I had finish before I could get paid.

I did 21 small projects last week. It was totally fun and extremely exciting…in fact, my 17-year-old daughter, who helped me, also thought it was “super cool” and easy. That is what she said!

So far, this week, we are already on our 14th little project and I think I am going to clear about 25K by Friday.

Not bad for a part time gig… don’t you think?

But How Did We Do This?

Look…I can try and tell you, but to be honest, it will be easier if I show you.

But before I get there, let me give you the background.

A few months ago I bought a very special license from the SA Chamber of Entrepreneurs (SACE).

This license allowed me to make small company and product branding videos for local business owners in my neighborhood. This included the local plumbers, dentist’s, restaurants, hair salons, spas, etc.

Some of this video clips are as short a 10 seconds, yet, they are EXTREMELY powerful.

With this license and package it is easy and quick to do. To make 20 or 30 small video clips a week is nothing.

Currently I get paid anything between R450 and R1000 for a single video clip – but if I had more time on my hand, I think I could easily add more value per video and change up to R5000 [ or more] for a video.
